Just got back and I promised I would send in a review
HOLY KNOLY I have only caught one fish over 15lbs in my life UNTIL NOW

BEST VACATION EVER

43 lb King on the Kenai
76 lb Halibut in Seward plus two 25lbers one I released

Then we went out with some friends who had a boat and got a mess of shrimp. I can't even name all the sea life we looked at.

I ordered the DVD a week before we were to fly to Alaska, I think we saved about $50 using the coupons and I figured the cost in to that, the DVD arrived just before we left. I wish I could of planned to go to one of the more remote places but we will save that for next time.

This is a great fishing video. Perfect for anyone that wants to cruise Alaska or fly up for some Alaska fishing

Hey thanks for the DVD at the Spostsman show, it was nice talking to you. I hope you sold a lot of them. I went home and watched it, you are wrong it did not cure my cabin fever! I made it much worse, but I did love the fishing, my kids loved the part with the bears. As a life long Alaska resident I have already fished at half of these places and you did a good job filming them, and I like the fact that now I got some place new to go.

I hope you have a good summer filming you next fishing video. You can count on me buying you next work, because I liked the first one.

I will tell you my son has watched it twice now. I think he is more excited than when we went to disneyland last summer. I have not been to Alaska since I worked on the pipeline and it's always been there in the back of mind to go. And now I get to share that with my wife and son. It is a good feeling.
Like other people on here have said, the underwater was great. But I wanted to applaud your collection of sounds. I almost had to keep checking to see if I was getting wet with all the fish splashing. Sometimes it sounded like you had a microphone mounted right on the fish. It makes you feel like you are there.

I loved it,
I just moved up here and this was perfect, all I could think about on the way up here was how much I was looking forward to the fishing. I have used three of the coupons this summer, saved a bunch of cash, caught a ton of fish. Great idea, good movie, I have already told a couple people about it. I just got here and I have caught more fish than anyone I work with, SUCKERS, ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

It took about a week to get to me. Over all I think it is a good presentation. I can see why people are so excited about going to some of the places that are shared on the dvd. As some of the other people have mentioned the best part are the underwater shots, those fish are beautiful.

With all the different spots featured there is enough activity and fishing information for almost any viewer. I felt there could of been more specific information about each place, but that would of made the dvd 2hrs long, which would not have been bad either.

My favorite parts-
the underwater fish,
the sailing part,
the fishing in Sitka,
the scenery and fishing in Kodiak,
the bears fishing,

I am sure there is a bunch I am leaving out, but those are the parts that really stuck out for me. I really would like to go to each of those places, as I have never been and they look beautifull.

I was thinking about taking a cruise through the inside passage and tour southeast Alaska but I can see that there are a lot better ways to have a more "hands on" and enjoyable Alaskan adventure.

I normally do not write reviews or give feed back but the dvd got me so excited I have been back to your site a couple times and thought I would give my 2 cents.

Thank You,
Eliza Forest

You guys rock, the way I look at it you saved me over $200 and I had the best fishing of my life. My wife got a copy of the video from her cousin up in Eagle River, I guess you guys were at the sportsman show. Anyways we recieved the disc and were really excited so we even extended our trip and stayed another week. I live to fish but it was nice to be able to see where I wanted to go. The guides were great, the lodging was nice, and I got a freezer full of fish.

This was my first trip to Alaska, second for my wife. We both had the best time. I fish all the time out east and in Florida when I can, but Alaska fishing is hard to beat. We caught Rockfish, Halibut, Salmon, Greyling, Cod and then some really nice Rainbow trout, man let me tell you a eight pound Rainbow is pure heaven.

I would highly suggest anyone that wants to fish Alaska check out this DVD. I had never fished up there before and the guides we went out with really made it feel like being king for a day. Sorry I don't remeber everyones name, but we went out on the kenai caught a nice 32 pound king and I think I payed about 30 bucks less than the people that did not have the DVD discount, which to me, money is money. And we had a really good time. Saved another $100 on lodging and the rest of the coupons we used on day charters. We still have the coupon to go to Sitka, I am thinking that would make a nice trip for next year.
